We treat each stationary bike ride as an experience and not just another group fitness class. It should be a party on the bikes! Lights, camera, action, let's ride!
Cycle R.I.D.E. LLC offers a high-intensity, low-impact exercise alternative, where you have the club atmosphere but healthy environment. It is our hope you leave feeling Revived, Inspired, Driven and Empowered, aka R.I.D.E.
We offer energetic rides starting at 5 a.m. to help you kick-start your day. Each day is a different theme that features upbeat music in a friendly environment where the lights are low so you can focus on having fun and enjoying the ride!

God fearing, devil stomping, family lovin, fitness fanatic!
I have am married to my high school sweetheart, Brandon Chism. We have three beautiful kids: Dezaree, Cameron, and Destiny. They are the center of my world and my reason to push to be better and do better. I love adventure and anything outdoors.
I am 39 years young and have been Spin® certified since I was 19. I have been to Spinning® conferences in Ohio, Michigan and the World Spin® Conference in Miami, Florida where I got "the big idea!"
